At Rambharose.in, we deeply value the trust you place in us when making a donation. Since donations are voluntary and intended to support those in urgent financial need, we maintain a clear and transparent Refund & Return Policy to address exceptional situations.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Rambharose.in are considered final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• The donation was made due to a technical error, such as duplicate transactions.

• The donor’s account was compromised or used without authorization.

• The donation was made to a campaign that has been proven fraudulent after internal investigation.

In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@rambharose.in with the following details:

• Full name of the donor

• Date and time of the transaction

• Donation amount

• Payment method used

• Reason for refund request

• Transaction reference number (if available)

We will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Campaign Cancellation or Fund Reallocation

In rare cases where a campaign is cancelled or the beneficiary becomes ineligible:

• We will attempt to notify donors via email.

• Funds may be reallocated to a similar verified cause (such as another urgent loan crisis or medical need).

• Refunds for such cases are not guaranteed, but may be reviewed upon donor request.

4. No Returns Applicable

Since donations are not physical goods or services, the concept of “returns” does not apply. You are not purchasing a product, and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we may be unable to resolve your issue internally. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before filing a chargeback.
